About Dave:
Born in Saskatchewan, Dave spent the majority of his life in Edmonton Alberta. He spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry, and was a highly respected and well-known restaurant developer and design consultant (think "the restaurant makeover guy!") in Western Canada, the Pacific Northwest USA and Grand Cayman, BWI.
Dave moved to the Okanagan in 2007 and since then, he has become one of the top Real Estate Producers in his company. Dave consistently beats the market average for “listings to sold ratio” and “sale price to list price ratio”. He won the Sales Achievement Award for 2010 and was awarded the Masters Sales Award for 2011. Dave’s clients choose him for his personalized “no pressure” approach to real estate buying and selling; and he has proven to be a tremendous resource for people moving to the Okanagan, providing assistance with all facets of relocating to the area. Dave serves the Vernon to Peachland area and has a vast array of contact throughout the province to help you with your every move.
